How often am I required to inspect my elevators ?
Florida law requires all elevators and other conveyances to be inspected by a Certified Elevator Inspector annually.
What is a re-inspection?
A re-inspection is an inspection that is performed after the first inspection has been cited with violations, a re-inspection needs to be performed to receive a zero violation report.
How do I request and inspection?

Who performs my inspection?
Once we determine which jurisdiction you belong to, we will coordinate with your elevator maintenance provider to set a date as they need to be present.
How soon should I receive my certificate after a final inspection?
After you have received a clear report from our inspection company you should receive your certificate in approximately 30 days.
Who can I call if I have not received my inspection?
If you have not received your elevator certificate 45 days after your inspection you can call us so we can contact the authority having jurisdiction and track down your certificate.
